TWDC: Department Organization, Training, and Development

The following document outlines the roles and responsibilities for the way of working between the Disney Institute Fundamental Content team and Delivery team.

When I joined the Content, Strategy, & Integration team, they were using Excel to track priorities and daily work. I found a project management software (Monday.com) that I thought would revolutionize how we view data/metrics and track projects. I presented this report to my supervisor and was successful in procuring the licenses for our team.

Once we adopted Monday.com, I created a Job Aid for our department to help ease the transition from Excel to Monday.com.
