This was a video created for Disney Institute’s new multi-day course: Disney’s Approach to Employee Engagement. The purpose of this video was to showcase how Disney Programs engage Cast so they choose to meaningfully contribute and grow with Disney. This video spotlights Disney Programs’ overall strategy and features how Disney Programs strategically approaches the levers of engagement with a focus on development.
My team brought the idea of this video to me, and in collaboration I helped developed a creative brief, pitch the idea to senior leadership, and manage the budget of the shoot. I tracked assets, approvals, waivers, and served as a collaborator during the editing process and an approver before bringing the final product to senior leadership for approval.
