About Lauren
Lauren Tidmore, Ed.D. is a curriculum expert with over 12 years of experience and proven skills in curriculum development, design, research, and collaboration. Serving as a Manager, Content within Disney Institute at The Walt Disney Company, Lauren’s work is driven by a passion to create engaging training materials that will ensure the success of all employees.
Lauren holds a doctorate in Education with a concentration in curriculum and instruction. Her dissertation focused on creating a blended learning social skills intervention for high school students identified as at-risk for emotional and behavioral disturbances. She has been published in reputable journals and textbooks and has presented at numerous international conferences.
She currently lives in Orlando with her beautiful daughter and enchanting cat Mad Eye.
