Why Disney Still?

This was a video created for Disney Institute’s new multi-day course: Disney’s Approach to Employee Engagement. The purpose of this video was to showcase how the Disney culture not only retains talent but becomes something that people want to return to after they have left the organization. They will understand that retention does not only mean longevity, but loyalty.

My team brought the idea of this video to me, and in collaboration I helped developed a creative brief, pitch the idea to senior leadership, and manage the budget of the shoot. I tracked assets, approvals, waivers, and served as a collaborator during the editing process and an approver before bringing the final product to senior leadership for approval.
